I visited your restaurant after a long day of traveling, and I was incredibly impressed by the service provided by Janay. From the moment we arrived, Janay’s customer service was nothing short of phenomenal. She went above and beyond to ensure our entire party was satisfied throughout our meal. She was incredibly attentive to all of our needs, and I particularly appreciated that she ensured our food was served hot and fresh. Furthermore, her proactive approach—such as keeping our drinks refilled without us ever having to ask—made our experience seamless and relaxing. She even went the extra mile to help me pack up my leftovers, which was a thoughtful touch. I truly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be returning. Janay is an absolute asset to your team, and her dedication to customer service deserves to be recognized."

"We placed an order over the phone like we usually do because we frequently order from them! We got combo A with some add ons. The person who took our order said it would be ready in 5 mins but we didn't go there to pickup in 5 mins because there's no way the food should've been ready that quick. We had lobster tail, shrimp, and crab leg in our bag as far as seafood. We NEVER ate the lobster or crab leg because the shrimp were so old and/or overcooked that you couldn't even peel them. I called she said to bring the shrimp in and they'd replace them. We didn't bring them in because we got sick after eating what we did eat and that's why we didn't eat the lobster or crab leg. We've ordered her often and NEVER complained before now so there's no reason for us to lie. We even kept the food to bring in so they could inspect it. Jay the GM told us some BS about the food will still cook in the bag and even if that was the case it wouldn't be to where you couldn't peel the shrimp and they're rubbery when you eat them! I would recommend y'all be careful when eating here...check your food before you leave. I will be reporting this incident further! Just because nobody else reporting being sick doesn't mean it didn't happen! Hopefully this review will bring awareness and others will report any experiences such as ours! We were also trying to bring in the uneaten food so that we could show them the quality of it but they didn't want that! It would also show we had no reason to LIE about our experience!
